Ten Journal Prompts to Have Your Best Year Ever

Happy New Year!  Were you ready to be done with 2021? Yeah, I sure was.  I said the same thing about 2020.

But then I went through my end of year ritual to close the year and open the next and my perspective changed.

It turns out there were many beautiful moments, joyful moments, exciting moments, and yes, sad and angry ones too.  There was healing completed and lessons learned.  There was growth and forgiveness.

If I hadn’t completed my ritual, I would have charged into 2022 without a second thought and missed out on all the good stuff.

I don’t want you to miss out on your good stuff.  There’s still time to say good-bye to 2021 properly and start 2022 on the right foot.

If you’d like to do the full annual ritual, I love these the processes and workbooks created by Heather Briggs at radiatereal.com and by Adrienne Enns at mayyouknowjoy.com.

For my abbreviated version, have a listen.

In this episode, you’ll discover:

  1. My top 10 journal prompts for closing 2021 and opening 2022
  2. What you need to create your ritual
