If you’re anything like me, you’re already thinking about how to prepare your body for your next pregnancy after your miscarriage. But even if you’re not, stay tuned.
After my first miscarriage, I dove straight into how to heal my body in the fastest possible way so that I could get pregnant again. It turns out that I got way more than I bargained for, in a good way.
I did have two additional pregnancies that unfortunately ended in miscarriage. But going into those pregnancies, my body was so much healthier than ever before, and still is today.
I’m now into my 40’s and have way more energy than I did in my 20’s and 30’s. I never get sick, my hormones are balanced, I feel good and my body is much lighter and stronger than it’s ever been.
Most importantly, as my podcast guest, Sarah Clark, says, when you prepare your body for your next pregnancy after a miscarriage, you’ll feel the results of good nutrition on your body. It strengthens trust in your body.
Trusting your body again after a miscarriage is so important if you want to have the worry-free pregnancy you deserve.
