Did you know that music can heal? Specifically, it can help with emotional healing after a miscarriage.
Humans are hard-wired to love music. Everyone has SOME kind of music that they love. And most people will find themselves singing or humming at some point when they are alone.
In this episode, I enjoyed a fascinating conversation with Leah Irby, a Sound Healer. Leah’s own loss and background creating and teaching music led her to create a business that serves women who’ve had a loss, who are struggling to conceive or who are already pregnant after one of those two scenarios.
In this episode, you’ll learn:
- how listening to music can change your emotions and your energy when you’re feeling down
- why it’s important to make music of your own when healing from a loss or trying to conceive (even if it’s just simple humming)
- how to connect with the soul of your baby using music
Leah also gets intimate with the details of her own loss and her own path to healing, including the link between fertility and dental health (yep, you read that right).
