Mother’s Day.  This is a day that I used to dread.  After three miscarriages and 6 years of infertility, I learned that I would never be the mother of a living child. At least not one of my own.

What’s makes it worse is that I found out I was pregnant with my first baby on Mother’s Day, my second baby was due on May 17th and I found out that my third baby had no heartbeat on May 10th.

So May is a pretty heavy month for me and I’m betting it is for you too.

It’s been 8 years since my first loss and in those years, I’ve developed some solid strategies that now help me get through the day, and the whole month of May, with ease and grace.  These strategies will help you to actually feel good on this hardest of days.  Join me as I walk through 6 of my best strategies.
