
I was so naive when I had my first miscarriage and I received no guidance from the doctors or nurses who treated me, from friends and family. From anyone. I had to navigate through my miscarriage, and the grief afterwards, alone.
Then I made my way through a second miscarriage, and then a third. And by the end of all of that, I had learned a thing a two. All things that would have helped had I known them from the beginning. I want to share them with you, in case you are just starting your own journey with loss.
